Magbabasa Kami sa Marathon Reading ng "Noli me Tangere"

Kasama po ang aming samahan, ang Dapitdilim Fellowship of Writers sa mga magbabasa sa marathon overnight reading ng Noli me Tangere sa Filipinas Heritage Library mamayang madaling araw.

5 AM ang slot namin (6 AM naman ang mga LIRA Fellows '08). Ang mga naka-assign na kabanata sa amin: Kabanata 44 (Mga Balak) at 45 (Pagsusuri ng Budhi).

Kaninang 1 PM pa nagsimula ang pagbabasa, pero mamaya pa ako pupunta sa FHL (sa Ayala Triangle ng Makati City). Hanggang 9 AM bukas ang event, at kasunod noon ang LIRA lecture ni sir Jun Balde (parehong venue).

Ang reading ay isang proyekto ng National Book Development Board of the Philippines.

Join us in an evening of literature, fun, and good food while we do a marathon reading of the Noli Me Tangere (translated by National Artist for Literature, Virgilio S. Almario) on November 8 to 9, 2008 at the Filipinas Heritage Library. Celebrities, well-known artists, authors, students, and other lovers of Filipino literature will be coming to read (and perform) portions of this influential literary piece.

This event is part of the month-long festivities of the 12 th Philippine Book Development Month, which is celebrated every November.
